My name is Eduardo Klein, and I am a Brazilian software engineering manager and a proud husband and father of two. I live with my family in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, I have sharpened my expertise across digital commerce, finance, and mobile device management. Throughout my career, I have held various engineering management positions, leading multiple teams, including distributed ones. My focus lies in developing and empowering software engineers and new leaders, fostering their development to create high-performing teams.

I am committed to creating collaborative environments and cultivating learning-oriented organizations. By leveraging Lean, Agile, and DevOps practices, I guide teams to consistently deliver results aligned with business objectives, driving meaningful value for the organization.

I work for VTEX in the digital commerce industry. I am the engineering leader for the Omnichannel Experiences product vertical.

My teams are responsible for developing and maintaining solutions that enable VTEX platform merchants to manage their omnichannel experiences, which includes marketplace integrations, as well as physical store and live shopping solutions. We are distributed across many states in Brazil and countries in South America, and I work remotely from my hometown.

I also have previous experience in software development within the financial market at Nelogica and mobile device management at Mobiltec.
