Interview Questions
A collection of interview questions I have been asked or am used to asking during interviews for Engineering Management positions. Whether you’re preparing for your next opportunity or refining your interviewing skills, these questions serve as a good starting point for practicing behavioral interviews.
When preparing your answers, the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) is an effective approach to structure your responses. It helps you deliver clear, concise answers grounded in real experiences, which is exactly what interviewers are looking for in behavioral questions.
